Booking and Cancellation Policy: A full deposit will be taken at the time of booking a cabana or private beach set reservation. Reservations can be made up to a year in advance at the time of booking a room reservation.
No-shows will also result in a full charge to the guest.
Hawaii does experience times of inclement weather. Guests may request to change their reservation without a penalty if beach and pool operations must close due to inclement/severe weather. Every effort will be made to reschedule guests’ cabana and beach set reservations to a different date with their preferred beach or pool location requests taken into consideration.
Cancellations will be subject to a 7% service charge.

Guests may reserve their private beach set up (umbrella and 2 chaise lounges) or poolside cabana up to a year in advance, at the time of booking their room reservation. Full deposit will be made at the time of the booking.
Please keep in mind that early morning showers are the daily norm in paradise. There are times when Hawaii does experience bouts of inclement weather and in the event of such severe weather conditions, the beach and pool will cease operations for guest safety. Requests for reimbursements will be honored only in the event that the beach/pool operations must shut down for safety issues; although, every effort will be made to reschedule guests' cabana and beach set reservations to a different date with their preferred beach or pool location requests taken into consideration.
